1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, registering for a webinar, or purchasing any program offered by Shirish Mandhare under the Brainchaitanya brand ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. About our services
We offer educational coaching programs, webinars, and courses covering money mindset, EFT, Ho'oponopono, NLP, meditation, and brain-pattern rewiring, delivered by Shirish Mandhare. Some programs — such as trading-psychology-focused combo programs — are delivered in collaboration with independent third-party mentors (for example, technical market-analysis training delivered by a separately credentialed collaborating coach). Each collaborating mentor is independently responsible for the specific content they deliver.

3. Eligibility
Our programs are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Payments
Program fees are as listed on the relevant program or registration page at the time of your purchase. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices may be revised for future enrollments without prior notice; any change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.
5. Refunds and cancellations

6. Your conduct
- Session recordings, materials, and content shared with you are for your personal use only and may not be recorded, copied, screenshotted, or redistributed without our written permission.
- Please do not share your access, login details, or private WhatsApp group links with anyone outside the program.
- We expect respectful conduct from all participants in live sessions and group communications. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All program materials, videos, worksheets, frameworks, and website content are the intellectual property of Shirish Mandhare (or the respective collaborating mentor, where applicable) and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shirish Mandhare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website, programs, or services, including any financial loss arising from trading or investment decisions you make.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any program for violation of these Terms, without refund, at our discretion.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or programs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
