Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made for programs, webinars, courses, and services offered by Shirish Mandhare / Brainchaitanya are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is completed, given the nature of digital and educational coaching content, and the immediate access to program materials, sessions, and community groups provided upon enrollment.
1. No refunds for change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-attendance of live sessions, or general dissatisfaction after a program has started. We encourage you to review all program details, session dates, and content carefully — and reach out with any questions — before completing your payment.
2. Exceptions
- Duplicate or erroneous payments — if you were charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference, and we will verify and refund the duplicate amount.
- Program cancelled by us — if we cancel a paid live program entirely and do not reschedule it, we will offer you a full refund or credit toward a future program, at our discretion.
3. How to raise a concern
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference number and registered details. We review all genuine requests and respond as promptly as we can.
